Stop telehandler booms from hitting overhead powerlines and obstacles with real-time height monitoring and restriction.

Rental fleets working the Permian Basin and other oilfield regions face an expensive, recurring problem: telehandler booms striking powerlines and overhead obstacles. Every contact means downtime, damaged equipment, electrocution risk, and liability exposure on a machine that isn't owned by the operator running it.
Our Series 2H height limiter eliminates that risk. It continually measures the boom angle and telescopic extension, enforces a height ceiling, and gives operators a simple touch-screen interface that takes minutes to learn and set limits.
Suitable for use on all kinds of telehandler, the Series 2H is the safety upgrade rental companies are specifying to protect their fleets and their customers.
The Series 2H improves telehandler safety by continually measuring the angle of the boom together with the length of the telescopic extension. With both readings combined, the system enforces a height ceiling that the boom physically cannot exceed while limits are engaged.
Height limits are easy to configure. Operators can either key in a target height manually, or position the boom at the required height and let the system capture it automatically. An in-cab touch screen display keeps day-to-day operation simple, and an override mode is available through the key switch when height limits are not required.
The system is designed for telehandlers operating in restricted or confined spaces, such as underneath power lines or while lifting into buildings, and is suitable for use on all kinds of telehandler.
Telehandlers working oilfield sites in Texas and across the Permian Basin face one of the highest rates of overhead-strike incidents in the industry. For rental operators, that risk lives on machines used by operators they don't directly employ.

Protect Equipment You Don't Operate
Stop boom strikes before they happen, even when the operator on the controls isn't yours. A single avoided powerline contact can pay for the system many times over.

Reduce Downtime and Repair Costs
Every incident can take a unit off rental for weeks. The Series 2H keeps machines on hire and revenue-generating instead of in the workshop.

Differentiate Your Fleet
Oilfield customers are increasingly specifying height-limited telehandlers in their tenders. Equip your fleet and win contracts your competitors can't bid on.
